where we transform the broken pieces of our life and create a beautiful mosaic!
A disco ball is but a beautiful ball of shining light, made from tiny pieces of glass.
you just need someone to be your glue.
I help my clients by creating a roadmap of success for life after sexual trauma. Each of my individualized packages of guidance and mapping encompasses
and flexible, crafted practices
that any individual can take on their own journey towards wellness.
As I was going through my healing journey, there wasn’t a Spiritual, Bad Bitch, Therapist to guide me,
so I created her.
At the age of 8 and until 11 years old, I learned some of the pains of our world.
“I don’t remember exactly when the sexual abuse began but I do remember, how rough his hands felt on my thighs, the smell of olive oil that floated in the air when he was near and the uneasiness that came with his presence.”
At 17 years old, I learned that sometimes, even when people hear our requests, they still pursue their needs.
"There I was, 17 years old, trying to fight off a 29 year old, 240lb, military trained special operative, who was forcing himself into every fiber of my being. I tried so hard to get him off of me and scream, but I JUST WASN’T STRONG ENOUGH. So, I finally allowed myself to fade.”
After spending a couple years healing myself,
I started dating seriously again but due to not understanding my negative thoughts patterns, this led me to a relationship trapped by emotional manipulation, intimidation through non-physical rage outbursts, financial abuse, and sexual coercion. It almost ended my life.
Are the reminders of your trauma, preventing you from living your most authentic life?
If so, I’d love to provide you with alternative options to
healing and thriving.
Are you tired of being disconnected from your body and mind?
If so, let me help you redefine your roadmap.
Does your trauma make you feel broken, damaged, and incapable of a healthy loving relationship?
I know the feeling and would love the opportunity to guide you on your healing journey.
that if you only heal your mind and not your body of trauma then our trauma brain will always win, which is the willingness to repeat negative patterns because they are familiar.
I had to experience one last reminder of my toxic patterns before developing techniques that led me to feel safe, confident in my decision-making, reconnecting with my intuition and stepping into my POWER & DESTINY.
