BEing Well includes highly individualized elements in meal planning, movement, and spiritual exercises. The elements done with Vanessa are 1:1 but all that is included can be cooked and done with those in your own life.
BEing Well begins after an initial consultation with Vanessa to build an individualized plan that fits you and your needs specifically. The consultation can include the Dosha and/or Archetype Body Type assessments to better fill in the picture of how your body wants to be fed & fueled.
The program runs 3 to 6 months, using that time time to reshape your relationship with food, movement, and your body.
