Why BEing Well?

BEing Well is made for all bodies and lifestyles. The program includes holistic meal planning designed for you and your needs, as well as accessible fitness for all bodies. The spiritual support guides all individuals to look at themselves and the life they live from different angles.


You fit because everyone fits in BEing Well.  


BEing Well includes highly individualized elements in meal planning, movement, and spiritual exercises. The elements done with Vanessa are 1:1 but all that is included can be cooked and done with those in your own life. 


BEing Well begins after an initial consultation with Vanessa to build an individualized plan that fits you and your needs specifically. The consultation can include the Dosha and/or Archetype Body Type assessments to better fill in the picture of how your body wants to be fed & fueled. 


The program runs 3 to 6 months, using that time time to reshape your relationship with food, movement, and your body. 


Research tells us that a developed, healthy adult takes 66 consistent days to develop a new habit therefore this program run the average time mentioned to demonstrate mastery of new eating habits and health information.
