The emphasis on BE in BEing correlates to the Butterfly Effect in the chaos theory. In simple terms, any small step or change can have a ripple effect in the Universe.
"It's this concept that guides my desire to help others live their most honest and best life by acknowledging the mind-body-spirit connection. By living a holistic lifestyle that incorporates Ayurvedic and other Eastern principles with Western medicine, I have been able to overcome an addiction, an eating disorder, trauma, and mental illness.
